About Me

I am a somewhat recent graduate of the UBC Education program from the Social Emotional Learning Cohort. I started this program after completing my Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology and a minor in Early Childhood Education. My love for childhood psychology and childhood development lead me towards my degree and my application for teaching. However, teaching has always been a passion of mine as I grew up coaching various sports, working with children to become the best they could be. I started coaching volleyball and swimming when I was 13/14 years old and have continued ever since.

This site was created to keep in contact with families and students at all times, and to collaborate with fellow teachers. Whoever you are, feel free to contact me using the contact form below, or better yet, email me at my professional email: loiselle_s@surreyschools.ca
